Terms of use

The course package gives you unlimited access to the course content and Portal, access to the Trading Academy indicators on TradingView for as long as your account is active, and six months of Discord VIP access from the purchase date.

The VIP subscription is a rolling subscription that renews automatically until it is cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Your account is personal. Sharing login details, videos, PDFs or indicator access with others is not allowed and can lead to access being withdrawn without a refund.

Access to the invite-only indicators on TradingView is connected automatically from the TradingView username on your account. We cannot guarantee access if TradingView changes its terms or disables the feature.

Course is digital content delivered immediately. Contact us by email within 14 days of purchase if Course does not meet your expectations, and we will find a solution.

All content is teaching material. It is not investment advice, a recommendation or an invitation to buy or sell financial instruments. Trading Academy A/S does not manage client funds and has no access to your trading account.

The statistics in Portal are based solely on numbers you enter yourself. They describe your own history, and say nothing about future results.

Trading cryptocurrency and leveraged products involves high risk. You can lose the entire amount you deposit. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Trading Academy A/S is not liable for losses from trades you execute, outages at third parties such as TradingView, Discord or exchanges, or errors in data you have entered in the journal yourself.

We may update the course content and Portal on an ongoing basis. Material changes to the terms are notified by email to registered members.
