Privacy policy

Account details: name, email address and password in encrypted form.

Optional details you enter yourself: TradingView username, Discord username, time zone and experience level.

Usage data: which lessons you have completed, quiz results, notes and the contents of your trade journal.

Purchase details: what you have bought and when. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored with us.

To give you access to what you have bought, show your progress, and calculate the development analysis Portal is built on. The legal basis is performance of the contract with you.

The TradingView username is used solely to give you access to the indicators. It is not shared with anyone other than TradingView, and only as part of the actual grant.

The trades, notes and numbers in the trade journal are yours. They are not shown to other members, and they are not used to produce public statistics unless you have expressly consented.

We only share what is necessary with the providers that run the service: hosting, payments, email and Discord.

The providers process the data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, and may not use it for their own purposes.

We store the information for as long as you have an active account. If you delete the account, personal data is removed within 30 days, except accounting data that must be kept for five years under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.

You can at any time request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, and you can download your data directly from the Account page in Portal.

If you believe we are processing your information incorrectly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
